Bella

Is anyone familiar with Bella? Does anyone use self whitening kits for their teeth?

I know Bella Donna and Bella Lugosi. The first is deadly, the other used to be deadly, but is now just dead.

NOTE: Bella Donna is also the name of a porn star, but we ain't goin' there!

First thing I thought of when I read this was Bela Fleck. The worlds greatest banjo player. that man can play!

My mother works in a dentist office. She gets us Crest White Strips for there every once in a while. They work very well.

LOL. This was my first time whitening my teeth with anything so I can't compare it to anything else. Aquafresh worked just fine for me though.

My husband used Equate brand strips and had some luck with them. With the money we saved over the name brands, we could have bought a t-shirt. I tried them but got a bad blister under my tongue. I would like to try the new Listerine dissolving strips some time.

Teeth

Having your teeth whitened does make definite difference in your looks. However, it is something you must continue if you drink coffee, smoke or just time will make them dull again. I had mine whitened by a dentist. Truly, I am only grateful I have teeth as my mother reminded me to keep my dentist appointments unless I wanted to have problems she had with false teeth.

Thats true that whitening your teeth does improve your looks. If you want to keep you teeth....you have to take care of them.
