I am a lover of beer. Not the Pilsners, but the real beers. The beers that can be drunk warm. Beers like stout and ale.

If you haven't marinated your meats, veggies and even fruits in beer before cooking, you're missing out on a wonderful flavour.

Not a fan of beer. What a pair we'd make. But, cooking with it, is delish. The ham looks yummy.
