Hmmm! Is the guy flippin' burgers and straining fries at the local fast food joint a chef?
I haven't seen the large portion situation at the restaurants we frequent. We have many fine, and I do mean fine, restaurants near us and they've been quite reasonable with their portions. They seem to focus on quality, flavor and presentation.
