I know it's not billed as a comedy - I just meant to say that the reason I like to watch it (especially with my daughter) is that we laugh together a lot while we do. Maybe it's because the staging and demeanors of everyone are so overly serious. No humor creeps in, so I guess we supply it by making fun. And of course the subject matter is highly interesting.

I've stopped watching, I find the attitude of the judges offensive. Judge yes, but the snotty better than you attitude makes me cringe. You can say you prefer something or don't care for it with out being high handed.
