Christmas Lights Photos!

Ok new thread here for Christmas Lights.........Lets only post pictures we take ourselves here.
As a child, Yea a know way back when.........My Mother and Father took us out on Saturday and Sunday just before Christmas to see all the lights in our town.
Back then our town offered prizes for the top 10 Christmas displays.
We will post some soon as we can.

last night dh and I went to town to drive around and look at the lights, I was surprised at the reduction of outdoor lights this year, big reduction

pictured here is the only outdoor lighting we have ever done, only did it a few years, the tree is too big to string lights on now

we found one spectacular house last night, maybe I will go back and photograph it

Thanks Middie - alot of people in my neighborhood decorate still - I will try to get some more pictures - some of the houses are just beautiful! We usually make some hot chocolate and get in the car and roam the 'hoods!

The Museum of Science and Industry had a parade of Christmas trees from around the world on display. Most I got on video (I will have to post it to YouTube and then link in here, if I ever get to it), but here is one I turned into a still photo, kinda fuzzy:

Since James listed more than Christmas lights and didn't tell you about them, I guess I'd better! The first one is me, holding my best friend's baby, Kaylen (3 months old). The last one is my "mom away from home," Maxine. James caught her off guard, so she isn't smiling. Maxine is the sweetest lady! I rented a room from her for a year when I first moved to South Carolina and she is very dear to me.
