Yes! It makes it so fluffy and smooth, sort of like a mousse. A simple recipe I used to make when I lived on my own was to stir a can of mandarin (sp?) oranges into some orange jello and whip cream before you stick it in the fridge - ohhhh, it's so good that way!!!
