I'm about to embark on my "Scandinavian baking" weekend. I have 3 lb of butter softening...that would be around $78 worth of butter!

did everyone in norway forget how to make butter? it's not that difficult.

seems like a fake story or a or some really subtle joke that only norskies get.

lol, sorta like the one about why there was no ice in poland. the guy with the recipe died, so...
