Thanks, Uncle Bob. Reading it again all these years later, I don't think I would make any changes to it.

I think it was borne of my childhood, which was not too great. Sadly, "dysfunctional" would be a positive description. I was forced to grow up by the time I was about 8 or 9. I've always been an adult I guess. Good thing I have Buck to behave like a child with.

Katie E. Thank you so much for posting your poem. I always find it hard to put into words what I am trying to express but you did a beautiful job. I especially loved " The Aged". Very touching.
