Planks, PLANKS? That is a dirty word for me! Haha! The reason I DO take exercise classes is peer pressure! I'd never even heard of a plank if I didn't take these classes. I hate them, every single form of them, and there is no way I'd do a plank at home, ever. But I don't want to be a wuss in front of my friends! Seriously, I do have a bike, ball, and weights at home, and did do one short workout. But I find exercise at home to be incredibly boring. So for the past hmmm ... 3 decades (boy, am I getting old), whenever I move I find a class to join with people who are sympatico and when I miss classes, I'll get a ration of poop from them when I run into them. Since I moved to small town, USA (pop 3500) they are likely to call me and inquire about my health if I miss more than a week and haven't been talking vacation. So it keeps me going (and, yes, I'm likely to call one of my long-time exercise buddies if I don't see them for more than a week).

I would be lying if I said I do. Once upon a time, when Frank and I first got together, he discovered a jar of jelly that had been tucked away for more years than I am willing to admit.

All right, as usual, I'm a bit slow up there so some one needs to explain this to me.

It means I don't always bend and check what is on the bottom shelf.
