Favourite Halloween song

Halloween is my very favourite holiday of the year, before I meet DH I would have said "day", period, but my wedding anniversary and the anniversary of the day we meet now take top billing.

But I digress, lol, I was sitting here humming "Ghostbusters" and it occured to me that a poll of our favourite Halloween songs would be a spooky blast! I just thought of these of the top of my head, and I'm sure many people will have favs that did not make it on to the list.

Addam’s Family theme song

Clap For The Wolfman - Guess Who

Ghostbusters ~ Ray Parker Jr.

Ghost Riders In The Sky ~ Johnny Cash

I Put A Spell On You ~ Sceaming Jay Hawkins

Monster Mash - Bobby "Boris" Picket

Purple People Eater ~ Sheb Wooley

Thriller ~ Michael Jackson

Witchy Woman ~ Eagles

Other – please scare with the group!

Good one middie! "Men in Black" by Will Smith also seems sort of fittting this time of year.

ooooooh - if the Men In Black theme is there, I'm voting for that one (so I'm checking "other")

Blue likes classical
I do too, I don't have any idea who anyone is, but, I like listening when it's a soothing one. I like to sleep with it or just relax. I don't get to listen too often, boys and dh can't stand it.

I love Hotel California, Maidrite! Yet I've never considered it a Halloween song before...Though now that I think about it I could see how some of the lines could lead one to think that the hotel was a sort of a haunted or abandoned place...Cool tune to add to the list! (What makes you interpret it as a Halloween song? )

For sure you can add those theme songs, I think that the Twilight Zone theme song is very Halloween-ish too!
