I think there's another line this might be moved to for best benefits. BUT, that said, I haven't really had much more than the normal. Need to lose weight. For me it was when my husband was told he was diabetic, but at a stage where he could possibly control it by diet. Now I've known many who've been told that, and all went on meds very quickly thereafter. I'm proud of hubby (and ME!) in that I already was cooking healthy meals (the way I was taught by Mom), and it was just a question of carb control, and we did it. It is a P in the A to have to read the carb counts of every friggin' slice of bread (other things, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc, are fairly easy, but bread can vary so much that it amazes me). Well, Live and Learn, as Mom's always said.
