that must have been quite a technicolor yawn, bugs.

my mom also did the ginger ale, chicken noodle or rice soup, and saltines - or as a treat, pretzels.
but the ginger ale had to be warm and a little flat so it didn't upset my tummy , and her soups were homemade.

i remember when i had my wisdom teeth removed, my mom happened to make her incredibly delicious chicken parm and spaghetti that night. undeterred, i put the pasta, chicken and all into a blender with extra sauce and a little water, whipped it up and sucked it down. my mom's chicken parm is so good that it was still pretty tasty liquefied.
