i don't know about his hair, but i envy his knowledge of all things italian. of any tv celeb chef that i'd like to meet, and learn from, he would be second behind bourdain.

He really does know so much about the origins of the foods he cooks and the where and why of it all. I find his info very informative and interesting!

BT, I would love to meet Bourdain! he is the most interesting of any of the chefs out there IMO.
