Good battle coming up on Iron Chef America

Traci Des Jardins is going to be on the show. If you've never heard of her, she is the Chef/Owner of Jardiniere restaurant in San Francisco. She'll be going up against Mario Batali who has so far been the most impressive Iron Chef on the show. Seeing Mario in action just reiterates my first impression of him when I first saw him on Molto Mario 8 or 9 years ago: the guy knows his stuff. Des Jardins puts out some good dishes so I think it will be a good one. I haven't eaten at her restaurant but I have eaten her food when she was a guest chef at one of the places I worked at.
