What is that dish in the third pic? It looks like potatoes with a thick cheese, or perhaps cheese over something else. It looks fantastic! As do all the pictures.

thank you pac, it is hot smoked neck fillet of pork with a layers of mushrooms, prsut, ham and then herb flavored bechamel poured over, the pots are what you call home fries.
This pic is at a trout farm where we bought 3lbs of trout to take home for about $4.Lunch for 4 people was $15.
This is my meal, a plain hot smoked neck fillet
