Guess the theme! Menu fun

okay so here is the soup I made last year







I called the soup

A*R*U*G*U*L*A

on the menu, can you guess why? basicly your looking for a theme or pop culture referance

sure,

The soup is based on an old tv show, At least the appearance of the soup is, and the specific way I named the soup. Can you name the tv show?


on a side note, the soup was quite good! Arugula and pea soup with creme fraiche and red pepper and tomato coulis.

not sure what you win, but you win,.. If I could send you a sample of the soup I would, but it was made last spring, lol. IT was quite tasty, and pretty I think

So I am assuming the green is arugula, as for the white and green, creme fraiche and red pepper coulis?
