"Happy Fete du Canada!"

"Happy Fete du Canada," to all our Canadian members!

On July 1, 1867, Canada became a Dominion. Hope you all had a lovely day of celebration!!

I feel so honoured to be the first Adanacian to post here!
so the Maple syrup was flowing here eh!
we had great wheather (I think that the high was aboot 21C) so it was alot like fall eh? Heard fireworks sparatically throughout the day and then some last night and then a bunch tonight too! I love fireworks, but we didn't have any this year (yet) might have them up at the cottage eh!
It's laisez-faire, I don't even give a care.
Let's make Friday part of the weekend and give every new baby a chocolate eclair.

Thanks All. And a Happy Canada Day to you too. I know you don't celebrate it, but its too early for the 4th. If you listen closely you can probably hear the fireworks right about now...

Thank you...

It's a double 'fête' for us here as yesterday was our 30th wedding anniversary. Our daughters are 16 and 21 and both are here with us this week so it's been fun!
