As I sit here listening to the news all I hear about is robberies, shootings, accidents, deaths, etc. Isn't there any happy news?
So I decided to start a Happy News thread.
In Italy a woman developed a recipe for "Gelato For Dogs." It contains no milk, sugar or eggs. All of which can be harmful for dogs. It is become a big seller. We all love our pets and want to help get them through those "Dog Days of Summer."
A young woman who is the mother of three small children, is a survivor of cancer. So to remind other cancer patients that life can be renewed, she started a garden program of planting perennials in her small town. Come spring the whole town is filled with flowers including public lands like parks, in front of the town hall, the library, etc. Every yard has flowers planted also. It is a reminder to other cancer patients that life can be renewed, even more than once.
So if you hear a story about happy news, this is the place to renew your faith in humanity.
