I hope all our friends south of the 49th had a great Thanksgiving.
Glenn and I had a wonderful day and a tasty meal.
The Cornish hens cooked perfectly and the three new recipes for the cranberries, wild rice stuffing and sweet potatoes were fantastic. All three are keepers. The new recipe for pumpkin pie made the most spice-flavorful pumpkin pie I've ever eaten. Another keeper recipe.
Even though we had Cornish hens, we'll be able to eat for at least 3 days. Yeah!!!!
