I once bought a book about southern lingo when I visited Pigeon Forge Tennessee a few years ago. Very funny and close to the post made here.
I found the Smoky Mountains to be some of the most beautiful scenery that I have seen by the way.

Pass me a hanky, I'll just wipe the foam from that dog's mouth.

If we weren't meant to eat animals, then why are they made of meat?

Oh, boy, I feel the redneck in me just dying to bust through and show its colors! LOL!

Ironically, I'm originally from the northeast, and never lived nor spent any time in the south, but somehow there's some good ol' country boy in me.

Here's a favorite line of mine from Jeff Foxworthy for a redneck word.

Sensuous: Honey, sensuous up, grab me a beer!

Integrity & Honesty
have been sacrificed on the combined altars of Control, Political Correctness, and Convenience
