Its one of many memories I remember as a child and what a wonderful mother, father, sisters and brother I had.
May it in some way bring happy memories to you all as well as we enter this time of year.

I usually make a lemon snow ices. Just make a lemon syrup with the zest , juice, water and sugar. strain it, let it cool completely ( put it in the fridge) then get a scoop of snow, and pout it over the top. Kind of like a ' real' snow cone. If the syrup is warm , or even room temp, the snow melts quickly, thats why i cool it in the fridge.

never tried the ice cream though , but willing to give it a shot ( they shouldnt put the I and O so close to each other, I almost unintetionally was willing to give something else, good thing i caught it )
