How Would You Like That Cooked?

Do you, or anyone you know, have any odd requests when you order at a restaurant? If you work in a restaurant, what are some odd requests you have received? (We're talking food here, not any other odd requests you might have received! lol)

Whenever my aunt orders fried eggs in a restaurant, she says, "Cook them until they are as hard as a rock, and then cook them again."

As someone who will only eat a fried egg if the white is firm and the yolk is very runny, I can only say ewwwwwwww!

Barbara

Where should I start? I guess the worst would be those guests that try to redo an entire menu item, and I mean really mess it up. They ask to omit this or that, add this or that, change the sauce, etc. etc. Don't you think it comes that way for a reason? Hey, if you don't like how it comes, either don't order it or cook at home.

sometimes i'll ask them to change something in restaurants.
i'll get fries put on my sammiches (it's a pittsburgh thing) or steak salads, or have them throw some bleu cheese into my salads, stuff like that.

My brother is the world's fussiest eater and he even changes his orders at McDonalds! He has to have no sauce on his chicken burger. At restaurants he has never just ordered off the menu its always could I have ..... but without.... and could you do .... ( I get embarrassed eating with him)
