I Can Not Believe What I Am Seeing..........

My 28 year od daughter, Jennifer is sitting here at the kitchen table eating a mixture of oatmeal, coconut, nuts, chocolate chips, raisins and m&m's mixed with whipped topping. I just can not believe my eyes. And she has roman noodles cooking on the stove.

Oh! and i forgot to mention the peanut butter chips.

The mixture is in a large jar that i have set aside for making Monster Cookies for my grandchildren.

Oh man.. now to me, that sounds DELICIOUS... I haven't been taking care of myself lately (the cats have kept me way busy with being sick) and I am in need of some comfort food

OK, so basically, it's a granola mixture, add some candy, and whipped cream. I've had worse.
