I lost 18 pounds :)

i just feel like sharing this ............. i am so proud :))))

Finally starting to lose really well with my OWN diet plan ...

Really logical and healthy plan ..............:))))

Pregnancy killed my figure , i still hav a lot to lose... BUT IT FEELS GREAT SO FAR :)))

what diet did you use. are you nursing . that burns tons of calories.

Well no i am not nursing, my baby is 8 months now , and he refused to nurse when he was almost 5 months , he liked the bottle better, unlike my first , she nursed more than a year .
but the diet i am using is actully a kind that you wouldnt really feel hungry at any time of the day thats why its easy to stick to it ...

THANKS ... for that ... but the photoes with my nw baby , really dont shw, but i have .....

and anyhow .. when a person is used to a certian weight .. adding 24 pounds is not easy !!!! and i have , so ... mayb the pics dont show really :) but i will show a pic of before an aftr in 2 monhts ....
