Great you stuck with it. I have had several dealings like the one you had and unfortunately you have to call, call, call, complain, complain, complain, call some more, complain some more, threaten, boycott, scream, lose your cool, and many other things to finally get what these companys should be doing in the first place. I have fought tooth and nail to get companys to do what they should be doing... I am glad it worked out (eventually), it should not be that hard, but as you well know, they wont give in easily.
