Spud Bar must die.....
This post brought me out of lurker status....
The Spud Bar is absolutely hideous. A thin cheap greasy chocolate (if you want to call it that) coating followed by uninspiring marshmallow center. Rarely does one every finish a spud bar as the hydrogenated oils tend to nauseate.
If it were not for its novelty status this candy bar would go extinct.

Now there is actually some very good chocolate from Idaho such as

Vintner's Baroque Dark Chocolate Bar
Also the Cowgirl Chocolate is good, especially if you like attitude (it has chili in it) - i don't but each to their tastes.
