Game? I must be missing a detail then since I saw the OP as the ability to do a drawing...which I did.
This too can be done on Paint - with colours etc.

As I wrote in a previous post, you have to click the done button, once you have drawn your stick man. Then the game starts.

I was confused by that too Everyone else seemed to be having more fun than just drawing a stick man, so I figured I had missed something, and sure 'nuff, I had - the done button.

The first time I drew him a balloon, it said "uh oh. That's not a balloon. It looks like a weird looking egg."

Yes me too, then the egg broke and a dragon emerged breathing fire. Had to draw a sword and so it went on...

Quite an amusing little game that I think kids would love.
