I don't make resolutions, but I do have a few goals for this year. I want to focus on core strength this year, doing Pilates will help me accomplish that. Toning my legs and mid-section.

Eat more fruits.

Try more new and different things food wise!!!

I started the Beck's Diet Solution program on Dec 1, and have lost 12 pounds so far. Kind of an early New Year's resolution.

Healthy eating, healthy living.

(Can't quit the diet Coke habit, however.)

I just haven't been the same
since that house fell on my sister.
