I love looking at his food photos. His presentation is beautiful and Im sure the food is fantastic. He is a professional chef, but I consider my cooking equally as good, though my presentation is not quite as creative

I really like the take on Steak and eggs...the duck is nice, reminds me of a similar dish I used to do many moons ago.
