Years ago I went to a dental convention up in Toronto. One of the Theme nights was Country Western. Ribs, chili, corn on the cob... was searved. And after the meal, the waiters and waitresses came around with a tray full of toothpicks and floss :). It was kind of bizarre seeing about 300 people flossing at once .

 And I'm sure you all skipped dessert..... :-p

No then they come around with toothpaste and brushes and have a group brushing!

I have long called my home "Chez Julia" in honor of the little kitty who lived here until April 11th. She really ran the place.

I still call it that. It reflects the food I like to cook best, and serve and eat, too..... as well as being homage to the two Julias I loved a lot. :)

Have you decided yet whether your restaurant will either be a pub, a french bistro, italian, chinese, japanese, a pizza joint or a salsa mejicano? I like El Buckarero...it sounds like the trainer plane's name made by TEMCO during the '50s...It's called Buckaroo T35A.

Anyway, my preferred name is somewhat the same as above...
Chateau Buckaroo.

I don't know about the name. But i do have text for the sign on the door.

"No healthy food are served here! Eat at your own Pleasure and Risk!"

oh, c'mon charlie. you're not even trying.

if you had a french joint, chez chaz.
