On the Japaneese version of the show they would give them a list of possible secret ingredients to allow them some preperation.

I can't stand ICA. I liked the original but then got burned out it too.

One reason I can't stand ICA is because I absolutely, positivly cannot, in any way, shape form or iota, stand Bobby Flay, his ilk or anything he is even remotely connected with. His very visage in my sight is enough to invoke a very real physical reaction in the pit of my stomach.

Logicaly Bobby Flay is a jerk face. BUT...... when it comes to IronChef I am 100% nurtral. Bobboy Flay IS a tad of a jerk. BUT...... I owe respect to those that put their heart into their recipes. Im just happy we have a cooking forum. What would we do without it?
