I'm looking for a Recipe

I don't know what it's called but I can tell you what is in it...They look like little hand held pie's or tart's... I think, it's from a older Pillsbury Bake Off cookbook. Maybe in middle 70's or early 80's...
The ingret's are
something like a pie crust... rolled and cut into circle's the size of a pineapple ring..
then you put a pineapple ring on it and then some kind of cream cheese filling with walnut's in it ... You put that in the center of the pineapple ring.. Then you bake that and when it's done you bring out of the oven and put meringue on top of that and bake a few more min's... They are so good and I can't find the recipe any more...
I gave away all my bake off cook book's and I could kick myself. Really Hard!!!!

I am craving these and can't find the recipe any place... Thanks for your help.. K

I don't know if you will find the recipe you are looking for on there, but Pillsbury's bake off website has 25 pages of dessert recipes from past bake offs.
Here is the link
Pillsbury BakeOff® Contest Dessert Recipes
Good luck and let us know what you find.
