I have to wear the halter monitor for 24 hours to see how many in a day that I have and he will put me on something if they bother me too much I told him I wouldn't be there if they didn't bother me!!
Itches too!

Stress
Not enough sleep
Smoking {we talk on this one}
Not enough excersise

My depression is gone!! WOOHOOOOO!!!!
