Inversion Therapy... Anyone try it?

Hey guys, Has anyone ever tried this treatment? I feel as though I could benefit from reversing the gravitational pull on my body. Does It work? Does it hurt? Is using a inversion table better than the inversion swing?

I've been doing it for a year as therapy for my bad back. It doesn't hurt a bit. In fact, it feels sooooo good, sometimes i hang for longer than I really should.
