I tried to Google it, but cannot find it. Maybe I am not Googling right. I have bunch of music on my phone and need to copy it to iPod touch. How do i do that? Anybody, please help.

Where do your music files "live?" Do you have them on iTunes?
What you need to do is transfer them from your phone into you iTunes music library. Then hook up your iTouch and copy them there.

that is what I did. But for whatever reason they are not on my iPod. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.

Go to iTunes on your computer.
Plug your iTouch into your computer USB port.
You will see the ITouch recognized as a device over on the left in the middle, under your libraries of music, video etc.
I believe you can just synch your iTouch to transfer the music. Or you may be able to drag it from the library to the Touch.
