ISO Where to eat in Plano/Richardson TX

The DH is going to Plano/Richardson for 8 days on business. Where can he go (besides the Holiday Inn where he is staying) to get great Tex-Mex/BBQ in the area? Seafood? And, foodie items he can bring home for me?
