Another 4th of July in Hawaii

I guess this would be one of those "must see" places if you ever come to Hawaii. You can see Diamond Head from my parent's house and this is what it looks like if you're just driving around Honolulu:

Adios Los Angeles!

Yesterday morning was really nice so one of my friends from high school and I decided to hike up to the lookout. It was the first time I've been up there in over 10 years probably. The first pic is of the trail leading up to the lookout. The second pic is at the lookout, sort of like a reverse view if you were looking towards my parent's house. They live on the slopes of the mountain on the upper right side of the pic.

I was using a Pentax Optio Waterproof digital camera for the pics:

I usually use my Casio Exilim which has more MP but since we were going to the beach that day after the hike, I brought the Pentax.
