Austral
Assistant Cook
Hi all,
Today, I just got promoted to head breakfast chef. I wanted to tell someone but no-one is available to talk right now, so my fellow DC clan are the first to know.
I haven't had a single day off in the last 4 weeks, starting at 6:30 every morning. So it was a nice way to cap off a long and grueling month.
Of course, I am so happy and proud, but no-one at work knows that I want to enter a new industry.
Because money is so tight right now, I've been really enjoying cooking at the restaurant because it's where I can get really creative whilst cooking. If I leave the restaurant, I won't have that.
Any advice on what I should do?
