Just noticed something....

I had Rachael Ray's show on the TV the other day but I was in the next room...
Suddenly it dawned on me that her voice sounds remarkably like June Foray's voice. She was the voice behind Rocky the flying squirrel on the Rocky and Bullwinkle show (a cartoon from the days when they made great cartoons).
Ain't it strange what you notice now and then?

I know what you mean, Hoot. The voice at the automated self-serve checkouts at the grocery store sound like Vanna White. I keep wanting to "buy a vowel" along with my groceries.

This is real inspiration. Look what Julia became!

I'm getting really good at picking out the actors that use their voices for cartoons, just by the sound of their voice. IMDB.com helps to confirm/deny my guess as well.

You'd be surprised how many famous actors voice commercials, even in the states, without showing their faces. The voices are so familiar to us that we trust them and go out and buy the products, at least thats what the advertisers hope for :D
