Actually, that is the color when we bought it. We just went with it and didn't change that part.

Nope, no beer. Serving alcohol adds more liability and permits.

Here in NC, we alsohave what they call a host law. If someone has too much to drink and then has an accident, the business and or even the server could be held accountable.

And we hope to do most of our business at lunch, when most people wouldn't be drinking beer.
