Little girl's Christmas song

If this doesn't bring a tear to your eye, nothing will.

I remember when I was a little girl in grade school and one day my teacher said that someone was out side on the playground waiting to see me. When I got out there it was my dad home on leave from the army. I remember running into his arms and crying. It wasn't long after that, that he went overseas for two years. So I know how that little girl feels. I thank God that he came home to us.
Don't let yesterday take up too much of today. Will

I don't remember my dad coming home from the Korean War but I do remember him returning from the Vietnam War and thanking God over and over for his safe return--I was 13...
The only difference between a "cook" and a "Chef" is who cleans up the kitchen.

the little girl singing did not get me. but the little boy did.

all of his feelings and love for his dad, were shown on his face. plus i knew this to be a real situation.
