I had to be vague with the opening title. I know there's at least one on the site who ties fishing flies. I'm looking for the most productive brook trout catching fishing fly tied for the Great Lakes region, especially around lakes Michigan and Superior. A great small mouth bass fly recipe would be great too. I can feel my wrist starting to twitch. Gonna have to put the fishing pole in my hand pretty soon. I can hear the trout calling my name.

I don't know Goodweed but when I was a kid my Dad taught me how to fly fish, and how to tie my own flies... We would go out early in the morning and collect the flies that were in the stream, and them go back and tie them to use for that day...

God I haven't thought about that in a long time!!! :):):)
