this was too easy. it started with the easily identifiable states, so the tough ones like arkansas and nebraska fit in better towards the end.
100% correct, 0 avg error, 477 seconds.

My problem was the far norhteast states, except Maine.

I don't know if it plays the same every time... but I got some of those central US states early and, with no rivers or anything to help guide, ya really gotta know your geography.

you know, score also depends a little if it starts off with an interior state or a coastal or border state.
