Montreal style bagels

I had no idea where to put this. It is food, but there is no recipe.

Someone once asked what was different about Montreal style bagels. I tried to explain. Here's a video showing them being made. I lived around the corner from this locally famous bagel bakery.

Yes, but they have lots of filtering on their chimneys, so they are okay. They clean their exhaust to way better than required by law.

They also make them with poppy seeds, but those are less popular. It's traditional, when buying them, to ask for "white seed" or "black seed".
