It's not unusual for us to drop our spatulas and tongs and do a little two-step in the kitchen.

So you do a Boot, Scoot and Sautee?

My DW is a country music fan. I like some of it, and actually enjoy many of the popular songs. Stuff like Trace Adkins and “I’m Trying”, Toby Keith’s “How do you like me now”, Tim McGraw’s “Indian Outlaw”. Most anything by Garth Brooks or Hank Jr.

Oh and some Southern Rock is great, Lynrd Skynrd, Great White, Jackyl, Charlie Daniels, Molly Hatchet, etc.....

Even obscure stuff like John Kilsner, a local guy from Mississippi that was able to get a CD produced, but unfortunately it never took off. Too bad because he’s really good. He does a comical bluesy song called “My Dishes Are Dirty” that is great cooking music!

I listen to Jazz while cooking, while teaching cooking, while dining.

Real Jazz, not that "smoooooth" apcray! :ermm:

Drink lots of water, often sodium-free seltzer, otherwise, wine with meals.
