My Brother is engaged

& i want to supply thier meal as my gift to them. i was figuring bf. tenderloin, a pasta dish, either pesto angelhair & pignolis, eggplant/ricotta/marinara for vegetarians, &/ or stuffed shells w/ spinach/ricotta, & a cheese/potato casserole, haricot verts, fresh fruits, & hire a pastry student from my school to provide desserts.
your input would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

thanks! it'll be a big affair- my family & her's. i'm thrilled for them. when, Lord willing, my niece or nephew is born, that will be one huge event! i'm planning already! i thanked them in advance for naming thier baby after me, tee-hee! ( they kinda laughed & smiled at me. i do have a rather cute name.
