Gossie, if this does go to court, you can bet your sweet patootie I will be there and asking the judge some questions!!
Dave, I am going to find out which ones were there and I will thank the one that was kind to him. I will also talk to the Chief and let him know that I don't appreciate his goons. My husband talks to him quite often and I think he will at least listen to me, even if he does nothing, he at least knows what they did.
Expat, I still do alot of crying as I'm sure you do too.
BBQ, I am VERY relieved that his past the search and test. He likes to drink and we warned him, one time, and he's off our insurance and his car dealer would repo the car.

Gosh, it's terible. Some times I womder what is wrong with the police. I just hope he is okay. Car is replaceble.
