OK, this is my first post so please don't hold this against me. I have 18 pages (total of 7 recipes) and I am looking for someone to make corrections and use the proper terminology to make it look like recipes in books etc do (that is correct terminology, layout and wording). I am not a chef and know very little about cooking and what terminology recipes typically use, so I think it would be better if I paid someone else to do it. If you can do this please let me know. Thanks.

Warren, are these your own recipes that you have created? If not, where did you get them? Any cookbook or cooking site, including this one, can show you the format that's used, complete with ingredient list at the top, and instructions below.
I'm just not sure what you need, or why.

It would be better if you asked specific questions.

I second what Kayelle said, Warren, and also ask why you want to do this. Are you creating a special recipe file/book for someone as a gift, etc.?

At any rate, please give us a little more to go on and you'll get plenty of assistance.
