I'm surprised it has taken this long for a restaurant to start serving paleo. I have friends who have been eating the paleo diet for years.

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes last year. Paleo is very good for my blood sugar, and I have lost 60 pounds pretty effortlessly.

I do not eat with my hands or grunt (much). I eat meat, eggs, some dairy, lots of veggies, nuts, and a little fruit. I count carbs, and grains and sugar are so high in carbs that they aren't worth the cost. I 'cheat' once in while with small portions of pasta, barley, popcorn.

I don't worry about fat too much--fat satisfies, and makes things taste good.

Just so long as I could club someone, I would give it a go. I am sure we have all had waitstaff experiences where a club would have been handy.
