Going with the topic, Like Janet, eggs are not something I will just eat as is. I will eat them scrambled smothered in soy sauce, hard boiled turned into deviled eggs, omelets with tons of cheese and filling, hollandaise, mayo, etc.

Oh, I WILL eat a fried egg....as long as it is well cooked and hidden in a bun (various kinds) with a sausage patty and cheese!

Cooks at restaurants hate me because I order eggs Benedict with hard poached eggs and being a cook I totally understand . One place refused to do it and sent me out the runniest eggs possible. I didn't have time to have them redone (as was scared too) so I tried to get it down but couldn't. I told them to bring me a bowl of hollandaise and I removed the eggs and ate all the rest with the extra sauce to mask any yolk that got out!
